Our Process

Once we get an understanding of your circumstances, we will provide a finance proposal comprising a summary of our proposed approach including our recommended/target loan, security structure, terms, conditions and pricing.

After we’re formally appointed, we take charge of the whole process from:

• Compilation and presentation of finance submissions to lenders through to securing formal approval and negotiating terms and conditions with the preferred lender;
• Facilitating the valuation of security and the loan documentation processes. We’ll also help ensure any conditions precedents to loan settlement are satisfied and arrange execution of documentation and draw-down of loans.
